If you wish to add your child to our waiting list a non-refundable $100 deposit is required. At the time of enrollment, this deposit will be used towards first week childcare.

At the time of enrollment, one month non-refundable. Enrollment deposit payment must be made to be held as payment against your last month of enrollment and must be submitted with your enrollment forms. This deposit will be put towards your last month of childcare when the time comes. One month notice must be given by parent to the provider if child(ren) will be leaving daycare. Please note: The deposit is non refundable, if for any reason your child does not begin daycare when stated above or within 2 days of the date above, your deposit will not be refunded. If you decide not to enroll your child with us for any reason there will be no refund, as we have been holding this spot for your child.

Payment for services is to be paid every Monday morning prior to care for the upcoming week. Missed hours are paid in full. Provider keeps records of all payments for daycare and will provide parent with an end of the year statement. If parent requires a weekly receipt please let provider know. Parent must keep provider updated with any address, employment, phone number, and emergency contact information changes.

Our Program serves Well and Mildly ill children. We must maintain a healthy environment for the benefit of your child(ren) and the other children enrolled in daycare. A child must stay home if they have a fever, are vomiting, has diarrhea, or any illness which is determined to be harmful to your child(ren) or the children enrolled in daycare. If your child becomes ill while at daycare provider will call parent to come pick up their ill child immediately. Significant fever as defined below, until evaluated and approved for inclusion by a health professional.

Infants six months and younger will be excluded and referred to a health professional when they have:

  • Rectal temperature above 101 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Axillary (armpit) temperature above 100 degrees F.
Children over six months of age will be excluded and referred to a health professional whenever fever is accompanied by a behavior change, stiff neck, a rash, unusual irritability, poor feeding, vomiting or excessive crying. Fever means:

  • Oral temperature above 101 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Rectal temperature above 102 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Axillary (armpit) temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit

Provider will NOT administer medicine to your child. Daycare will arrange time for parents to provide medication for their child.

All children are required to have a photocopy of their current and updated shot records on file. Parents are required to keep their child’s shots up to date. (This is very important because State Licensing does come unannounced and will review all paperwork pertaining to our daycare). We need Immunization record updated as soon as any changes occur.

Organic/nutritious meals and snacks will be provided for your child, but they are never forced to eat it. Please make us aware of any special dietary needs your child might have. Infants will be fed according to the parental instruction and individual schedule.

We support an open door communication policy, which means, parents are welcome to drop in and observe the program at any time.
